We are all searching.  The depth of that search is different for different people. We might be searching for our keys, our paperwork, our life partner, our meaning in life, something to fulfill us, or any other combination of people, places or events.

Ultimately, I believe most of us want to feel connected and the deepest level. This connection is love in its purest form. You see, when we continue to look outside ourself in order to get an “experience” or someone to love us, we are missing the most important component: ourselves.

Gangaji writes: “We have tried everything to get rid of suffering. We have gone everywhere to get rid of suffering. We have bought everything to get rid of it. We have ingested everything to get rid of it. Finally, when one has tried enought, there arises the possibility of spiritual maturity with the willingness to stop the futile attempt to get rid of it and, instead, to actually experience suffering. In that momentous instant, there is the realization of that which is beyond suffering, of that which is untouched by suffering. There is the realization of who one truly is.”

Who are you?  Are you ready to “stop the search for something to rescue you from yourself (Gangaji)”?

You must just be still to meet yourself, or rather the vastness of self that cannot be defined.
